Once again, as stated in previous 2 reviews, needed to be swapped out, old sticks had no grip at all.
Really satisfied with these thumbsticks. However, just 1 issue. 1 of the sticks is perfect, has a perfect feel to it and perfect grip. However, the second stick feels different, looks as if it had already been worn down as soon as i got the package. the 4 grip points on the second stick were worn out almost as much as my old stock thumbsticks, the second stick also feels more like rubber, rather than the more solid feel the left stick has. Other than that, everything is fine.

The charge for shipping of $19 was far more than it actually cost. There must be a better way to handle that as while we wish to make orders in the future to satisfy customers, the shipping costs eliminate profit and mean that we can no longer order from you.
