Q: Will I get banned for using a modded controller on Xbox Live/PSN? A: No, Rapid Fire is not against the Terms of Service on either service.
Q: When I order a controller, does the accessories I add come on it, or do I have to install myself? A: When you add accessories to your controller on the product page, we install them for you.
Q: How do I get the FREE LEDs? A: All controllers we sell come with your choice of color LEDs free, and we install them free.
Q: Why should I purchase from Modz Armory?
A: Modz Armory has the most affordable controllers at the highest quality. We are also Accredited with the Better Business Bureau for our outstanding customer service and care.
Q: I see PayPal as a payment option, can I use a credit card? A: Yes. We are a verified business with Paypal. They are simply a payment merchant. They allow you to use a credit card or PayPal account when you select the payment method "PayPal".
Q: Will my mod work for future games? A: Yes. Many of our modes are customized to work in future titles. You also have a re-programmable mode to which you can set the speed of that mode for any future shooter game.
Q: How long will it take to receive my controller? A: We like to under promise and over deliver. We state that our controllers take 2-3 weeks to ship out. It most cases, controllers are shipped within the first week. Added volume can result in the extra wait time, but no longer than stated.
Q: My LEDs on my controller have started to dim, what do I do? A: Some color LEDs will dim due to battery level. The LEDs are not broken, just replace your batteries or charge your rechargeable battery.
