Controller Type: Brand New Microsoft Controller; Black 2012/2013 Edition.

Add Ons: Rapid Fire (see details here), ABXY buttons, LEDs, Thumbsticks, DPAD, Thumbstick Grips, and controller cases can be added on this controller. Select from the drop boxes on the right-hand side to choose your add-ons for your controller. Leaving them on "Stock" will leave the controller as pictured.

ABXY Buttons: We have ABXY buttons custom made for our controllers. Other sites and services offer colored buttons that are simply just painted the color. Our buttons are made in a factory, and the letters on the ABXY buttons are still visible. All colored buttons are also the same color tone (unlike other sites).

Thumbsticks & DPADs: Our thumbsticks and DPADs for our controller are all custom made in a factory setting. The accessories are not painted/dyed like you'll see on other sites. Choose from over 10 colors!

LEDs: You can choose from 7 different color LEDs to be installed around your controller's Guide Button (ring of light). 

Thumbstick Grips: We offer thumbstick grips to give you a competitive edge in your gaming. Our grips are very thick, rubber grips that simply slide onto your existing thumbsticks. The grips protect the durability of your existing thumbsticks, while also giving you better control over your gaming.

Controller Case: We offer a durable controller case to add with your controller. These cases are made of the highest quality nylon/rubber to protect your controller during transport. The cases hold a Xbox 360 controller, and fully closes with 2 zippers.

Packaging: You will receive your controller in the retail box it came in. We only use brand new controllers! The controller also comes with two brand new AA batteries, and a new black battery pack.

*We don't paint the battery packs, because they don't fit into the controller that well.

Shipping Method: We ship USPS or United States Postal Service. Standard shipping is Priority Mail. Please allow 3 - 7 Business Days for your custom controller to be prepped, painted, and any other work you have requested to be done. Please note: Most controllers ship within this time frame, but can take longer during busy holiday seasons.

This item only takes 1-2 days to ship out. We ship Priority Mail. If you live within the United States, please allow 2-3 days after the initial 1-2 days to receive your controller.
